Website of the day: Idea a day

22/10/2008 send to a friend
Oh my days! Today's pick of the bunch is a website called, 'idea a day', which blasts just that into your home office, via its webpage, email or RSS. From the ingenious to the idiotic, it could spur the next big thing, help you start your home business or, at the very least, fill you day.
The 'idea a day' website gave birth to The Big Idea Book, edited by webmaster, David Owen, with a forward penned by marketing guru, Seth Godin.
"The lessons are simple," he writes. "First, stop keeping your idea a secret. Ideas in secret die. They need light and air or they starve to death. The more people you share your idea with, the more likely it is to become real."
It's no secret that the ideas published on both the website and in the book are those that have been submitted by readers. It's easy to do so and easier still to peruse its archive and top ten.
You can subscribe to receive ideas directly to your home office via email or RSS - or just visit the 'idea a day' website on the link below. – San Sharma
