We'll ask you about your professional background, the areas in which you specialise, and your preferred style of mentoring.

We ask mentors to dedicate at least 3.5 hours over three months. You can structure this in whatever way works best for you and your mentee, whether it's a number of shorter sessions or fewer but longer meetings.

Once you're matched with a mentee, you'll arrange the sessions through your preferred online meeting platform (for example, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and so on).

The specific topics will depend on the entrepreneur's needs. However, some common areas include business strategy, project management, planning and navigating general business challenges.

No problem – it isn't necessary! We'll provide resources and guidance to help you feel confident and prepared for your mentoring.
