Hiring diverse talent to accelerate growth

Once a business starts to grow, making it successful becomes a real team effort, and bringing on the right talent is essential.

As an entrepreneur, starting a business means you are often required to wear a lot of different hats. You become the finance lead, strategist, marketeer, social media expert and more often than not, you won't thrive in all these areas.

Once your business starts to grow, making it successful becomes a real team effort, and bringing on the right talent is essential. It is the people and the culture that make a business a success.

Join Entrepreneurial Women and The Rising Network to hear top tips and personal experiences from industry experts to help you accelerate growth through new hires.

Our experts will cover:

  • Importance of outlining your core values and mission as the founder before making a hire
  • Get to grips with the paperwork and documents required to make your first hire
  • Consider freelancers and government schemes e.g Kickstarter
  • Defining your strategy before recruiting
