Kevin at Cerno Thames mediates a wide range of workplace and commercial disputes for public authorities, universities, schools and between local businesses, suppliers and clients. He also mediates for individuals in community situations and between neighbours and groups dealing with disagreements and disputes and more broadly with people in conflict. He is a fully accredited UK and international mediator who has undertaken more than 25 mediation and conflict coaching cases.   

Kevin accepts requests to mediate from public authorities, universities, schools, companies, organisations, groups, the police and members of the public.

Kevin is a CEDR and CMC accredited mediator who has undertaken more than forty mediation and conflict coaching cases. Kevin mediates a wide range of workplace and commercial disputes for public authorities, universities, schools, local businesses, suppliers and clients. He also mediates for individuals in the community and between neighbours and groups dealing with disagreements and disputes. Kevin has an MBA from Imperial College and an MSc from the London School of Economics. Kevin says that being a mediator is the best job he has ever had. Each day he works with people in the UK and around the world to help them better manage and resolve their disagreements and disputes, so they can get back to focusing on what’s important to them. Kevin accepts requests to mediate from local authorities, universities, schools, businesses, charities, groups and members of the public. On a voluntary basis, Kevin mediates in community disputes for Mediation Buckinghamshire providing mediation and conflict coaching. He is also a volunteer-facilitator for ‘Alternatives to Violence Project - Britain’ (AVP), delivering weekly workshops for individuals close to or involved with the UK civil justice system. He is also an active member of ‘Mediators Beyond Borders International’ (MBBI). Kevin’s experience is in leading and managing organisations and teams in the UK, Europe and East Africa. Kevin lives and works internationally between London, Oxford, Cheltenham, Kenya and South Africa.
