Intro to animation using Photoshop

The course will cover:

• The basic principles and processes of digital motion images
• The concepts, frame rates and differences that it makes, aspect ratio and required image resolution for different platforms
• Standard basic tools on every application to animate such as timeline, editing tools and outcome /export/share for different formats
• More advanced tools in Photoshop such as layers, effects and transitions as well as an introduction to AI generative possibilities in animation

Eligibility requirements

This course if for anyone with a basic understanding and experience of Photoshop and an interest in developing their learning. Students will need to be able to access Photoshop. (Open access sessions held at the college would be suitable)
