Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills

Nurture the talent of staff who already have good knowledge of using IT but want to improve further and be even more skillful in the workplace. 

The course will focus on three key programs used frequently in the business world:  

• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint

Upon successful completion of four online exams, you receive the British Computer Society Level 2 Award in IT User Skills.
