Lunch and Learn: How to build a winning business strategy for 2025

Hi Incredible Entrepreneurs, My mission is to help product-based entrepreneurs scale with Marketing, AI and Social Media strategies so they can increase sales, save time, and grow with ease📈✨ I have build my own e-commerce brand Nat-Zen.com from 2018 and have learned everything from Website creation, Organic Marketing, Email and Sales. NatZen brand journey began in 2018 when I started researching the impact plastic has on our planet. I learned about formulating plastic-free soaps, shampoos, and conditioners for myself, my family & friends. The resulting feedback was so positive, it speared me into action to study herbalism and skincare formulation. This in turn led me to pursue my passion for botanical skincare. NatZen also fueled my soul-driven mission to help product-based businesses because I know how stressful and overwhelming it can feel. All NatZen products are formulated with a holistic approach in mind for skin care and hair care. This method involves treating the whole body using only natural and organic products to heal and nourish skin & hair.NatZen in full is ‘Naturally Zen’ and as the name implies; the end goal is to create products that bring a sense of serenity, enjoyment, and relaxation. I am passionate about producing holistic skincare products that are gentle on the skin and our environment simultaneously.In 2018 I had no eCommerce industry experience or business background. I worked hard to grow this business from the ground up all by myself. It all started with the Etsy Store, Local Markets, and friends' recommendations and progressed to a luxury Natural Skincare Brand that is an example to others.  As a self-taught entrepreneur, I wear many hats and have learned so much since beginning this journey. All in all, I'm just a Mother who had a dream and decided to go for it! I made a plan, put my plan into action, and little by little how NatZen started and evolved.I created a transformational Soul-Led Ecommerce: Your path to 6-figure Sales program as a soul-driven mission to help product-based entrepreneurs to implement systems, mindset, and strategies that will help them to double and triple their sales and finally move from side hustle to their dream soul-led business.I was inspired to build this particular program to support and coach business owners to achieve their maximum potential in their entrepreneurial journey.
