Lunch and Learn: Insights into a mentorship

In this webinar, hear from a mentor and mentee from the Help to Grow: Management Course.

Course participant, Laura Barwell, and her mentor from the course, James Bradbury, will share insights into their mentoring relationship and how it benefited each of them.

Laura is the director of business development at VMC (UK) and joined the Help to Grow: Management Course to improve her leadership skills to grow the business. Over the past 30 years, James has held leadership roles across FMCG, digital content, mobile financial services and start-ups.

James decided to use his successes and mistakes to help others by signing up as a mentor on the Help to Grow: Management Course. He and Laura matched and worked together over 12 weeks to help Laura by providing outside input with fresh eyes and previous experience. Laura admits she was surprised by how valuable the mentoring was.
