Online small business meet-up: Yorkshire & Humberside

As the Business Start-up Manager for Leeds City Council, I offer 1:1 support to businesses under 3 years old (including pre start) I am dedicated to building and nurturing strategic partnerships and fostering regional stakeholder engagement opportunities, to support SMEs access the right support to enable them to successfully start & grow their businesses across the Leeds City Region. Previously, I worked for the NatWest Enterprise team covering Yorkshire, assisting SMEs and entrepreneurs in Yorkshire to drive growth. My support ranged from the NatWest Accelerator, and the online Digital Business Builder programme, to organising and hosting local events and workshops, conducting individual business consultations, and leveraging my extensive network to connect business owners with the right support. With 18 years of experience in the banking sector, I am passionate about supporting enterprise. I have developed extensive knowledge of the Eco-system at both local and regional levels.  As a skilled connector, I build strong and effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders alike, collaborating with public, private, and third-sector organisations to help the business community achieve sustainable and Inclusive growth.
