13:00 - 13:30: Meet the local business entrepreneur: Gabriel Unger, co-founder Chai Guys
Gabriel Unger co founded Chai Guys after meeting his co-founder at Deloitte and bonding over their love for authentic chai. In 2018, they traveled to India to study chai culture and secure a tea supplier. Back in London, they perfected their recipes and launched at Brick Lane Market, quickly gaining popularity and expanding to multiple locations including Spitalfields. Gabriel will be sharing what he's learned along the way.

Emma will round up StartUp Saturday, helping you reflect on what you've learned and the steps you'll take next.
