I have over 20 years of commercial development, customer experience and placemaking experience within the retail, hospitality and leisure industries.

My journey includes being a business founder, where I helped cultivate a Tech based startup from inception, to a successful trade sale after achieving fast and impressive growth, with the aid of Private Equity money. In addition I have been a lead Director in two further successful exits, achieved in Finance and more recently Construction/Manufacturing, with CROWD being sold to Tikehau Capital PE in September 2023. These two exits had a combined sales value of over £200m.
In directorial roles, I’ve honed my expertise in scaling operations, driving innovation, and leading high-performing teams. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of market dynamics and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
