I’m Nicki, founder of Pedddle and a believer in the creative community with a desire to spread the word about independent, creative markets and their stallholders.
Pedddle was created for me! A customer to local markets and as a conscious consumer wanting to make shopping choices easier than they currently are.

Pedddle offers small businesses a listing on the Pedddle market directory and a community and resources platform to help nurture and support owners.

I&apos;m the Founder of Inspiration Space, a high-performance training centre for startups and Founders. I have over two decades of experience in the startup and brand world, blending technology, creative industries, and culture. Recognised as a 2022 Most Influential Woman by Startups Magazine, my mission is to "Inspire the Inspired." I&apos;ve previously worked with RayBan, BMW, P&G Ventures, the NHS and Bacardi Global Brands.

Hello and welcome; let me introduce myself. My name is Michael from Strategic Goal Management Consulting. I am a renowned business coach and management consultant based in Norfolk, near Norwich. I strongly believe in developing people through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. All of these can help you reach your maximum potential and have significant positive effects on your business and personal life.
As a senior business leader, I have gained significant knowledge of diverse business functions, principles, and strategic leadership. However, most of my success in the public and private sectors can be attributed to my ability to coach, engage and motivate people as a transformational dealer.
My emphasis on the importance of people first led me to coaching as a basic training instructor in the British Army in 2007. Due to its effectiveness, I have continued to advocate coaching as a leader to improve personal and team performance.
Having achieved great success as a business leader, I am now paying it forward by supporting business owners and individuals in achieving their own success. This is the main reason that I get up in the morning. I am highly motivated to help you succeed, and I take great pleasure in seeing the results that I help deliver. I am a <a href=&apos;https://www.managers.org.uk/digital-badge-verification/?bg=50767&eid=9224&user=7sRqRFftNy_qUmOZ-IVbNiajLEy_2WcrIkOQUayabxo&apos; target=&apos;_self&apos;>Chartered Manager and Fellow</a> of the <a href=&apos;https://www.managers.org.uk/&apos; target=&apos;_self&apos;>Chartered Management Institute</a> with a first-class honour’s degree in Leadership and Management. I am also a member of the<a href=&apos;https://www.apm.org.uk/&apos; target=&apos;_self&apos;> Association for Project Management</a>, the Institute of Leadership and Management and a technical member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
Currently, I am studying for an MBA and undertaking further professional development as a coach and business consultant.
Before starting Strategic Goal Management, I spent three and a half years as a Managing Director for Clearview Communications, based in Essex. I achieved outstanding results, and the company flourished and experienced significant growth during my time there.
I was formally acknowledged for my success and was nominated as a ‘Business Leader of the Year SME’ finalist by the Ex-Forces in Business Awards.
Previously, I worked in various management and leadership roles, including as the Head of Operations for a large power company. I operated a<a href=&apos;https://www.cfmoller.com/p/Greenwich-Peninsula-Low-Carbon-Energy-Centre-i2325.html&apos; target=&apos;_self&apos;> state-of-the-art energy centre</a> in North Greenwich as part of an £87.5m project, the largest district heating network in Europe.
In my first civilian role after leaving the military, I managed operations at Bromley by Bow, the busiest delivery station in the Amazon network. During the role, I was responsible for the operational elements of the UK launch of Amazon Fresh and the turnaround of a failing operation.
As a British Army veteran with nearly 17 years of service in the Army Air Corps. This experience is where I honed and developed my coaching, leadership, and management skills. I was responsible for managing complex high-tempo operations, including Apache attack helicopter ground operations in the UK and internationally.
During my military career, I received operational service medals for deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and was awarded the Long Service and Good Conduct medal in 2015.
As a passionate advocate for ex-military veterans, I support them into civilian employment (for free) during their transition out of the military. In the last five years, I have successfully coached and mentored over thirty ex-forces personnel into senior management and leadership roles.
