I specialise in people development. I primarily work with middle to senior managers who have been promoted from being individual high performers into junior leadership and managerial roles and need the tools to develop their people skills. They may also be managers who are progressing in more senior leadership roles and now need to develop strategically and achieve results through larger teams. I also work with SME's who are developing their business and extending their teams. 

I'm passionate about people and business. Since 2013 I've been sharing my proven skills for improving business performance by improving the performance of people. I'm an accredited ILM5 degree level Mentor, NLP Master Practitioner Coach and WINNER - Best Mentor National Mentoring Matters Awards 2023. 
My experience includes Sales, Customer Relations, Retail, Service & Training. 
I've held Senior Commercial Exec. roles at Coty, Sky, Liz Earle; MD of a beauty Start-Up; GM of a Country Club & Spa.
