Do you ever experience drama in the workplace and feel that it's detracting from getting the real work done?
The drama triangle is a model of human interaction and shows the destructive interactions that can happen when people are in conflict.
The drama triangle has 3 roles; The Persecutor, The Rescuer and The Victim.
These roles are in a relationship that depend on each other and can be played out consciously or unconsciously. The drama is increased as an individual can cycle through playing all of these roles as a conflict develops.
This workshop explains the drama triangle, the narrative behind it and how to recognise when it is being played out in a workplace setting.
We also look at how to step away from the drama triangle and take on more healthy, empowering roles when we interact with others and in doing so we reduce drama and conflict and transform our working environment.
