We provide advice via the telephone, email and on site for our clients so the right level of support is given to each business individually. Our clients deal directly with their own Consultant - we do not operate with a sales force or call centre so you deal with the same person every time.

As employment legislation can change rapidly and employees are increasingly aware of their rights, we give the reassurance to employers that they are acting fairly and following any required procedures to avoid costly mistakes.

I'm Sarah and I have built my own successful HR Consultancy business over the last 20 years as well as mentoring and working with other small businesses looking to launch and grow. I have 20 years of experience as a small business journalist having interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs from famous names like Sir Richard Branson and Deborah Meaden to the founders behind brand new start-ups.
I&apos;ve worked for a range of leading small business publications and support groups, most recently as head of content at Enterprise Nation where I was responsible for the prolific output of content on the company&apos;s blog and social media. I&apos;m based in Bristol where I run and host regular events with the local small business community in my role as Enterprise Nation&apos;s Local Leader for Bristol. I also have strong connections with other major business organisations in the south west region.
