I&apos;m Kriss, the founder of TheHolisticSolution.net and a trauma-informed Holistic Health &amp; Wellbeing Coach &amp; Mentor,  I love helping people improve their Health &amp; Wellbeing - and ultimately their Life - not just through improving their nutrition &amp; eating but through raising their awareness and shifting/healing those &quot;inner wounds&quot; that we all have but most of us are unaware of, however they keep us going around in circles and all too often result in unhealthy/unhelpful and selfsabotaging habits (e.g. comfort / binge eating, drinking etc or even &quot;just&quot; what I call &apos;comfort shopping&apos;). If so, together we will then go on a journey (and the legnth of this entirely depends on the individual) of working on uncovering and releasing stuck emotions, deeper childhood traumas (they are often &apos;small&apos; situations and not necessarily the &apos;obvious&apos; traumatic events that can be spotted easily) and hidden dynamics etc which often contribute to us developing these somewhat limiting behaviours that negatively impact our Health, Wellbeing and our Life!
A common theme I noticed in my clients is an unstable relationship to their father figure - for various reasons e.g. divorce of parents or death of a parent, however this could also be that the father was part of their life and the parents did not divorce but the father was often away for work.
I work with my clients predominantely online either 1:1 and also in my small &amp; bespoke group coaching setting. Together we focus on opening our hearts &amp; embrace doing the (often uncomfortable) &quot;inner work&quot; leading to powerful shifts that lead to improved Health &amp; Wellbeing.
