We provide practical advice to SME's in all aspects of Employing staff and safety.

Our services range from transactional items such as purchasing enforceable contracts of employment and company handbooks to operational advice on how to handle matters such as recruitment, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy.

We provide advice via the telephone, email and on site for our clients so the right level of support is given to each business individually. Our clients deal directly with their own Consultant - we do not operate with a sales force or call centre so you deal with the same person every time.

As employment legislation can change rapidly and employees are increasingly aware of their rights, we give the reassurance to employers that they are acting fairly and following any required procedures to avoid costly mistakes.

We arrange an initial video call to discuss these aspects and then will ask you to send copies electronically of any documents which we will review.

You will receive a summary of recommendation that will confirm if your current arrangements are sufficient and legally compliant and give any suggestions for improvements.

I'm Sarah and I have built my own successful HR Consultancy business over the last 20 years as well as mentoring and working with other small businesses looking to launch and grow.
