Plus our products are not soap based (like many on the market in the UK) so they actually work in hard water.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2019 I launched KIND2, a range of plastic free, solid shampoo and conditioner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Inspired by wanting to find solutions to the scourge of plastic pollution, I made a radical career decision, left my corporate role and returned to the UK in 2018.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My background is as a&amp;nbsp;strategic Business Leader with over 25 years financial management, operational leadership and consulting experience in professional services, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) &amp;amp; talent acquisition advisory. Leadership of large and remote teams driving innovation, excellence and improved performance including significant growth in revenue/margin, people, operations. From 2010 - 2018 I was&amp;nbsp;living and working in Hong Kong as the Managing Director, Asia for Korn Ferry Professional Search &amp;amp; RPO leading the business through a period of growth and transformation. During my time in Asia I was also a Board Director and Vice Chair of a charity focussed on delivering of legal and counselling services to victims of human trafficking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I'm also currently a Non-Executive Director of London Learning Consortium.&lt;/p&gt;

A qualified solicitor, Emma has a master&amp;rsquo;s degree in employment law and practice from the University of Glamorgan and the Business School at the University of Wales, Newport.&lt;br /&gt;

Originally from London, Emma came to Wales to attend law school at Cardiff University. She has spent most of her professional career here.&lt;br /&gt;
