My experience spans the Technology, Retail, Hospitality and Not-for-profit sectors, working for businesses operating across the UK and globally. As a Chartered MCIPD, I have high-level knowledge, skills, and expertise in Strategic Human Resource Management. I have led and supported business restructures, and change processes, as well as implemented Performance Management approaches (OKRs, Appraisals etc), and championed DEI and Employee Experience initiatives.
