Hi, I'm Helen, Founder and Director of Impact People Consulting. I support Micro and Small businesses to put in place strong people-centric practices, policies and strategies. I am a big believer that HR is fun, and by having good foundations in place, you can reduce the risk of a crisis, and the effect it has on a business. I started Impact in August 2023 after 18 years in HR, working in a variety of organisations from tech startups through to global financial institutions. The one constant in my career has been my people-centric approach and this is why I started my business. I offer services to include Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Employee Engagement & Organisation Culture, HR policies, processes & strategies, and Organisation Design.
