He has held senior positions in global, regional and local organisations.
He has managed both projects and teams in complex and fast-moving organisations.
His specialisms include business planning, category management, trading, procurement, brand strategy, data analytics, research and insights, coaching, and mentoring.
He is particularly passionate about supporting SMEs to grow and prosper.
He holds academic qualifications and professional accreditations from the University of Kent (UK), Cornell University (USA), and Northwestern University (USA).
Simon is an Associate Tutor at the University of Anglia’s Norwich Business School.
Simon is an Accredited Mentor on HM Government's Help to Grow: Management Course.
He has ILM Level 5 Effective Coaching and Mentoring certified accreditation.
He is a Non-Executive Director for Rippleacts CIC (a social enterprise in Norwich for the long-term unemployed).
He is Trustee of Mid Norfolk Mencap (a charity for people with learning disabilities).
