Are you finding it hard to stay focused on your business, feeling like a ship without a rudder?

If so, it might be because you lack a clear mission and vision to guide you.

In this Lunch and Learn, Anne Beth Jordan, asks if it is necessary to have a mission and vision statement and if so, takes you through the elements required to clearly identify the difference between mission and vision and how one’s values are at the heart of them.

Topics covered in this session:

  • Heart of our culture: Our mission, vision and values are the heartbeat that defines who we are and what we stand for

  • Aligned for trust: By staying true to our mission, vision and values, we build trust around a shared purpose

  • Guiding our success: These guiding and actionable principles form our strategic decisions and help us shine even brighter to achieve our success

Anne Beth is a mentor and coach with over 25 years in the fashion import/export trade. She offers strategic insights from start-up to exit and all the in-between stages.
