My greatest interest from my studying in business innovation and entrepreneurship management was social capital, system networks and policies. They are vital indeed.

In addition I have been a lead Director in two further successful exits, achieved in Finance and more recently Construction/Manufacturing, with CROWD being sold to Tikehau Capital PE in September 2023. These two exits had a combined sales value of over £200m.
In directorial roles, I’ve honed my expertise in scaling operations, driving innovation, and leading high-performing teams. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of market dynamics and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
