Posted: Fri 6th Dec 2024
In this Lunch and Learn, Sam Gaskell, founder and consulting director of DataFit, covers exactly what you need to know about DSARs and how you can prepare your business to handle them when they arrive.
Since 1998, under privacy laws like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), companies in the UK have been legally required to respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).

Topics covered in this session:
What data management is and what it involves
How DSARs work and how they can have an impact on your business
Where to get started with handling DSARs you receive
