Before this, he was a qualified solicitor and ran an estate planning company. Najinder started 20:20 to disrupt and innovate the financial services industry, which led to its mission statement: “To elevate the culture of financial services”.

My goal is to establish credibility and trust. I also want to have fun – I love what I do, especially when it comes from a place of authenticity. I’m fascinated by tech and innovation. I provide tailored support to tech startups and SMEs. I collaborate with tech entrepreneurs and organisations that foster innovation. Most of my spare time is spent with my wife and daughter. I enjoy boxing and fencing. In 2023 I started the first Dad’s only playgroup in the Holme Valley.
