Jess launched Mustard Made, a cult homewares brand known for its colourful range of vintage-inspired metal lockers, with her sister Becca in February 2018. Within six months she had stepped out of her decade-long career as a fashion buyer to go all-in on the growing start-up.
Since then, the brand has grown into a thriving global business, now spanning three continents and employing a team of 22.
