Michael is a qualified solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and the founder of Buckworths, the only UK law firm that works exclusively with start-ups and high growth businesses.
He has a passion for entrepreneurialism, and has advised almost 2,000 start-ups over the last 10 years.
He's been entrepreneur in residence at London South Bank University and University College, London, for several years, taken part in panel discussions for The Hult Prize, and is a regular speaker at industry events. He's regularly quoted in sector and national media including The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Independent and City AM.

Jane is a PR strategist, chartered PR practitioner, and former BBC and ITN television news reporter with nearly 30 years' combined experience in journalism and corporate communication. She's held senior communication roles with high-profile organisations including Eurotunnel, Network Rail, Royal Bank of Scotland Group and Bechtel.
As the founder of PR consultancy Positive Story, she uses strategic PR to help companies large and small to win business and investment. She'll launch her online PR course in 2024.

Oliver Spark, Sweet Analytics
Oliver is the CEO and founder of Sweet Analytics, an e-commerce analytics platform that integrates with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Magento. The platform helps brands understand which levers to move to drive more sales and develop their growth plans in the process.
Prior to this, Oliver spent 20 years in retail running various brands, including The White Company, whose revenue he grew from £6 million to £50 million. This experience taught him the value of customer analytics and the relationship between sales and marketing.
In 2015, when recovering from leukaemia, Oliver set out to convert what he'd learned into the tool he wished he'd had in his past career. He created Sweet Analytics, which brings a small business's online and offline data into one place and provides real-time insights to help brands save time, get the best ROI, and achieve their goals.
