As a mom of three, juggling the myriad hats of motherhood, I've crafted a system that empowers parents to grow their careers while nurturing their families. As a recruiter with Morgan McKinley, I worked in a leading global think tank helping to streamline and improve on the recruitment process of software engineers. As we pivoted to a sprint approach, I created a time management system to save manual hours for our team so that we could focus more on finding quality candidates for our clients.
