&lt;p&gt;I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work across an industry as dynamic as the beauty industry and to have gained first-hand experience working for contract manufacturers, beauty brands, retailers, distributors and travel retailers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Having studied a MA in Strategic Marketing and a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management I built my career in beauty buying, product development and marketing and I have been a Global Product Director for Crabtree &amp;amp; Evelyn; Head of Beauty, Buying &amp;amp; Merchandising, Harvey Nichols, Dubai; Beauty Buyer for M&amp;amp;S, Boots and Body Shop.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;With 20 years&amp;#39; practical experience in the industry I have created beauty brands for companies. Launched brands including Estee Lauder, Chanel, Cr&amp;egrave;me de La Mer into stores. Developed marketing and buying strategies to grow brands in-store, online, in duty free and across international markets.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Passionate about working with people to build their business I decided to draw upon my strategic experience working for large retailers and multi-national companies to found Bespoke Advantage.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I'm Emily, Retail Supply Chain Consultant and owner of The Retailer Clinic. I help small retailers to optimise their supply chains, focusing on the areas of procurement, production, inventory management, forecasting, cash flow and strategy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have over 10 years experience in retail having worked in head offices in buying, sales and production roles and on the shop floor in sales advisor and account management positions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Working for small retailers opened my eyes to the challenges small retailers face when it comes to supply chain. Forecasting and inventory management software is eye-wateringly expensive, production planning is more complex due to smaller order quantities, and deciding on a procurement strategy can be difficult without buying power.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I went in search of solutions to these problems and spent the next few years studying supply chain analytics, fundamentals, dynamics and design. Armed with 10 years of experience navigating retail supply chains and a stack of models and knowledge, I am ready to help you optimise your supply chain!&lt;/p&gt;

He joined Arup, the internationally renowned Engineering Consultancy, working in London and Manchester&amp;nbsp;on high value UK projects as a designer and project manager, along with overseas experience in Russia and the Cameroon.&amp;nbsp;He actively promoted Arup in Liverpool through relationships with the City Council and Chamber of Commerce, ultimately setting up an office in 2001 to&amp;nbsp;focus&amp;nbsp;on bidding and Client Relationship Management, to help retain and secure new business.&amp;nbsp;In 2002, Malcolm was seconded to what is now the Department for International Trade (DIT) in London as an Export Promoter, encouraging UK companies to export their goods and services on the back of major sporting events in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Hungary, Brazil and Qatar.&amp;nbsp;Malcolm became Director of Business Development, External and International Relations at MIDAS, Manchester’s Inward Investment Agency in 2006, encouraging foreign owned companies to set up business in Greater Manchester.&amp;nbsp;In 2009 Malcolm established himself as an independent Business Development Consultant, actively encouraging businesses to Obtain, Maintain and Retain profitable business through&amp;nbsp;the five pillars of Market Intelligence, Proposition Development, Lead Generation, Project Handling and Client Relationship Management.&lt;/p&gt;
