&lt;p&gt;Henry L Gewanter established Positive Profile in 1997 upon leaving Financial Dynamics after nearly five years as Head of their Financial Services Division, which he founded.&amp;nbsp; He joined Financial Dynamics in 1993 from First Financial, part of the Lowe Bell Group, where he was a Director responsible for a broad range of clients including public and professional bodies, both wholesale and retail financial institutions and business-to-business companies.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Prior to that, he was Deputy Head of Public Relations and Head of Advertising for two years at County NatWest.&amp;nbsp; Before that he was with National Westminster Bank for eight years in banking, corporate finance and business development.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;An expert in disaster containment and control, he has both domestic and international experience in business crisis management, dealing with employees, customers, analysts, investors, governmental regulators and the media.&amp;nbsp; High-profile crisis management projects successfully handled include the Blue Arrow trials for County NatWest and the Maxwell pension scandal on behalf of IMRO, as well as a number of lesser-known corporate, financial, regulatory and administrative disasters.&amp;nbsp; His recent work includes exposing the MPs’ expenses scandal with The Daily Telegraph.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;He graduated from King's College, Cambridge in 1974, after studying at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland and the Bronx High School of Science in New York City, where he was a National Merit Scholar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;He has a wide working knowledge of the City with clearing, international, merchant and investment banking experience.&amp;nbsp; He has lectured widely on investment, most notably for The Chartered Institute of Bankers, where he is an Assistant Examiner in the subject, and a Life Fellow.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, the Institute of Direct Marketing, the Chartered Institute of Bankers (now trading as IFS School of Finance) and the Royal Society of Arts and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Association of Banking Teachers' Consultancy Panel.&lt;/p&gt;

Deasha is an approved ManyChat Agency Partner; in 2019 she was shortlisted for Freelance Social media Manager of the year and in 2020 has become an international best selling author.

Deasha has helped businesses scale to 6 and 7 figures since launching Social Treats in 2016. Using organic social media strategies, she has perfected a system that she now teaches through her coaching programs.

Deasha has experience using messenger bots and lead ads to drive leads for high ticket items in industries spanning from wellness to real estate. She has worked with clients to build webinar funnels, membership funnels and even affiliate marketing funnels all utilising organic strategies.

Deasha enjoys working remotely from any location in the world and believes everyone should have the same freedom and flexibility in their life. That is why she is passionate about helping other mission-driven women to consciously create a life they choose.

Following a degree in Law and Japanese, Emma joined international accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where she worked in London, Leeds and Manchester offices and set up the firm's Inward Investment practice that attracted overseas companies to locate in the UK.
