I am passionate about new ideas and new businesses! I am a corporate lawyer and I love working with Start-ups because I get the privilege of being a part of my clients’ and their business’ journey and this gives me a huge sense of pride!

I’m an Associate and I advise entrepreneurs, investors and Start-up businesses on a wide range of corporate matters. I have expertise in advising on corporate governance related matters, preparing and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, guiding Start-ups through both initial and subsequent rounds of investment and corporate transactional matters.

I have recently helped a Start-up with putting in place a shareholders’ agreement which involved advising on and implementing a complex deadlock mechanism which would enable the founders to exit the business in the event they become deadlocked, preparing articles of association and restructuring the Company’s share capital. I have subsequently advised the Company in relation to the granting of shares to a key employee.
