&lt;p&gt;I am a former senior executive with skills and experience gained in a career at Board level, primarily in financial services and banking but with a record of success in other sectors and industries. In addition to governance and strategic planning, direct “hands on” accountability for business Operations and Customer Service, UK and international. I have a record of successful project management and delivery, based upon a blend of Six Sigma with Agile tools and techniques.
