&lt;p&gt;My career as a project manager in blue chip companies took me around the world, leading projects across a range of companies and technologies. On leaving the corporate world to start my own business, I moved my attention to small businesses. Initially I provided support for them in getting out of overwhelm, improving their productivity and getting them planning with a calm and pragmatic approach.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However, since starting my own podcast - podcasting has turned into a real love for me and, as a result, I have completely changed my business direction.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;With the Podcast Pre-Launcher, Podcast Launcher and Podcast Concierge services - I work with clients to assess whether a podcast is right for them and then take them through the necessary steps to set up their own podcast and provide on-going concierge services to make sure they keep it in flight!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In my own podcast, Bridging Gaps - The Business Podcast, my goal is to provide inspiration and show that even those we see as successful are facing or have faced the same challenges we all go through.&amp;nbsp; Interviews to date include Penny Power OBE, Daniel Priestley, Richard Woods, James Sinclair, Amanda C Watts, Alison Edgar, Lenka Lutonska, Tony Robinson OBE and many more!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Podcasting brings together my love of technology, planning and talking!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I also support clients with a Technical VA service - making sure they get their email campaigns and online courses set up with an emphasis on supporting them to do as much as they wish by themselves.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I moved to the UK a very long time ago (so called friends tell me I am now more British than Canadian!) and now very much see England as home. My life is a mixture of spending time with friends, borrowing the most beautiful dog (be warned - I may be a tad smitten with him!), working with business buddies as we try to grow our businesses and endeavouring to get back into horse back riding which I miss immensely.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Like many, I am a huge tennis fan for the 2 weeks of the year that Wimbledon is on!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a &lt;a href="http://itunes.bridginggaps.uk"&gt;podcast &lt;/a&gt;which is partially business and partially pleasure as I really love speaking to so many different inspiring business owners.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In spare time, I experiment with my creative side by creating new patterns and designs and enjoy photography as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I now combine my experience of planning, love of technology and talking by working with people and businesses to launch their own podcasts.&lt;/p&gt;
