I genuinely love my job.

I get the opportunity to work with business owners who are BRILLIANT at what they do…who are PASSIONATE about their product or service…but maybe haven’t yet picked up the commercial experience they need to run an outstanding company. That’s where I can help.

I have 30 years’ experience in leadership positions, growing, changing and turning round businesses, from two of my own, through Private Equity to the FTSE 250 club. My career has been about the transformation of businesses into strongly market-focused organisations, with a strong emphasis on sales, marketing and authentic leadership.

&lt;p&gt;These days, it’s all about the entrepreneurs I work with – helping them achieve their vision and get from their company what they truly want…remembering the reason they started it in the first place! Running a business isn’t easy, at any time, let alone in the current situation. I believe though there are always options and opportunities.&amp;nbsp; This holds equally true in a crisis…the key is how you respond to it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My ideal client is someone who recognises that something could perhaps be better than it currently is and who is open to help, support and a bit of challenge.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My promise is simple – to help them work ON their business, not just IN it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I’m very much a family man – Caroline, my wife is a district nurse and my two grown-up sons, Jack and Harry, are busy changing the world in their own way. Outside of work my passions are gardening, beer and my motorbike…although not all at the same time!&lt;/p&gt;
