&lt;p&gt;With over 30 years&amp;rsquo; experience in professional practice and commerce, I have worked for prominent organisations including Deloittes, L&amp;rsquo;Or&amp;eacute;al and Procter &amp;amp; Gamble. In 2018, I started my own Chartered Accountancy practice following roles as U.K. Finance Director at Wella and Decleor.&lt;/p&gt;
