&lt;p&gt;I&amp;rsquo;m Sian Thomas the Founder of Integrow Sales Solutions.&amp;nbsp;I&amp;rsquo;m a Sales consultant for manufacturers, specifically producers of consumer goods selling via resellers and other distribution channels.&lt;br /&gt;

Over the past 4 years I&amp;rsquo;ve worked with many businesses developing growth strategies to help them scale, delivering at least 10X return on investment. I&amp;rsquo;ve also contributed a chapter to Sales Genius Volume 2, an Amazon Best Seller in the sales category.&lt;br /&gt;

I&amp;nbsp;develop and implement business growth programmes to share best practices and useful resources to enable many more businesses to scale and grow sustainably.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The main issues I see many&amp;nbsp;businesses&amp;nbsp;encounter is that there is often little clarity in terms of business direction. They either have little or no sales strategy in place or they may be pursuing the wrong strategy for their stage in their business lifecycle. This could result in employing the wrong tactics or making costly mistakes that&amp;nbsp;don&amp;rsquo;t contribute anything towards their business growth or could even potentially&amp;nbsp;stall their progress.&lt;br /&gt;

Without a suitable sales strategy the&amp;nbsp;business almost certainly&amp;nbsp;won&amp;rsquo;t have a sales structure to deliver their&amp;nbsp;growth plans.&lt;br /&gt;

This ultimately means that the resources available to them&amp;nbsp;are not being used to their full potential which may&amp;nbsp;result in poor revenue performance and could potentially put the survival of the&amp;nbsp;business at risk.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To address this they first need clarity of business direction to put the right systems in place to enable scalability. It&amp;rsquo;s about developing a growth driven culture for their&amp;nbsp;business which will convert&amp;nbsp;their current fears around business survival into renewed passion for their&amp;nbsp;business and a sense of purpose in what they&amp;nbsp;are doing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;rsquo;s with this in mind I&amp;rsquo;ve created my Launchpad and MADE Business Growth Programmes to develop growth strategies for manufacturing businesses working on the principles of:&lt;/p&gt;
