&lt;p&gt;With 27 years ‘real life’ business experience working for Berendsen, Johnson Service Group, Bunzl and Rexel have&amp;nbsp;provided him with as solid foundation of experience in all aspects of business leadership and management.&amp;nbsp; Dominic has: Directed a £40-million-pound turnover Safety Distribution business employing more than 165 employees across 20 UK sites; whereby he increased independent trade sales by 20% year on year, as well as launching a new ecommerce channel and launching a new “own label” product offer.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dominic is also a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a detailed understanding of commercial risk that enables him to achieve a significant contribution to any organisation.
