I provide marketing, management, coaching and education services, in the media, technology and entertainment sectors. I specialise in building and delivering tailored personal improvement programmes, planning workshops and management team seminars focused on the areas of; new services, innovation, media partnerships and collaboration. I hold an MA in Coaching and Mentoring, a post-graduate Diploma in Business (Marketing), a PGCHE (Adult Development) and BA (Hons) Law and lecture on professional development, planning and management. <br /> Prior to coaching and coaching, my corporate career covered IP rights licensing, marketing and innovation management working at; Yell.com, TVNZ, Walt Disney and Office Dept.

&lt;p&gt;I have been in human resources for almost 20 year.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My career began in the US as a result of securing a scholarship through the British American Chambers of Commerce. Not bad considering I attended a working-class university.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My first role in Human Resources through the programme was with Elsevier, part of Relx group. A global information and publishing company based in Philadelphia and I supported the HR Manager who was responsible for the International Medical News Group and Excerpta Medica based in New Jersey, USA.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have been fortunate to have worked for some amazing companies, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, Barclays and boomberg. Since 2012 I have been working in the creative industries and more recently have been HR Director and Co-founder of bonafide hr, and bonafide hr leadership academy.&lt;/p&gt;
