Hi,
My name is Stacee, and I am a Business consultant that specialises in Hospitality and Customer Service industries. With over 25 years of experience, I understand the pressures and nuances involved in business and this is what I bring to my clients. We can help open your business or if you are facing challenges, help turn it around. This covers a number of different aspects, that we can also offer on an individual basis such as training, development, and strategy.
The Company
Eureka Ventures is ultimately a business consultancy which specialises in hospitality, however we have worked in other sectors. We help people with their visions when opening their businesses. We can project manage the whole opening or support in areas where needed. However, our focus over the last few years has been helping struggling businesses, become robust and then thrive.
We have training programs, mentoring schemes and what I call business diagnostics.
