I founded &lt;a href="http://stephenson.law"&gt;Stephenson Law&lt;/a&gt; in 2017 to create a law firm that does things differently. Tackling each stereotype head-on, I am on a mission to build a forward-thinking, innovative law firm which puts people at the heart of everything it does. Our purpose is to protect our clients’ interests and help them grow.&lt;br /&gt;

I am responsible for the overall strategic direction and success of the business. My legal expertise lies in working with early-stage, fast-growth technology companies, acting as an external general counsel and Board advisor. I provide pragmatic, strategic support on all aspects of running the business whilst mitigating legal risk.&lt;br /&gt;

Defining projects and goals by what you will be judged on, and how you will be seen to deliver, allows you to focus on the quality, not the numbers. Andrew has worked in IT and Banking for 20 years, and has learnt along the way that people will look at your department and team by the output, and not the method. Do something better every day and your clients will notice, and your team will grow in confidence, and follow you. By defining you, and your goals Andrew has successfully turned managers into leaders, defining who you are, what you want and need to be, we can then work on the skills that you need to develop. Teams don’t follow managers, they follow leaders, leaders have defined personal goals, confidence to do what it takes, and use this to define the real goals for the team, and work towards those. Managers follow tasks, leaders follow personal goals - because they know what they want to deliver, they are able to manage and change the world around them, taking what they want, and leaving the rest without the stress from the world.
