Deasha Waddup from Social Treats has worked in marketing for over 7 years with extensive experience working internationally in corporate environments and in digital marketing agencies before founding Social Treats. 
Deasha is accredited by Facebook as an Associate and now trains small businesses with in-person events as part of the #shemeansbusiness Facebook Initiative in partnership with Enterprise Nation. 
Deasha is an approved ManyChat Agency Partner; in 2019 she was shortlisted for Freelance Social media Manager of the year and in 2020 has become an international best selling author.

Deasha has helped businesses scale to 6 and 7 figures since launching Social Treats in 2016. Using organic social media strategies, she has perfected a system that she now teaches through her coaching programs.

Deasha has experience using messenger bots and lead ads to drive leads for high ticket items in industries spanning from wellness to real estate. She has worked with clients to build webinar funnels, membership funnels and even affiliate marketing funnels all utilising organic strategies.

Deasha enjoys working remotely from any location in the world and believes everyone should have the same freedom and flexibility in their life. That is why she is passionate about helping other mission-driven women to consciously create a life they choose.

He joined Arup, the internationally renowned Engineering Consultancy, working in London and Manchester&amp;nbsp;on high value UK projects as a designer and project manager, along with overseas experience in Russia and the Cameroon.&amp;nbsp;He actively promoted Arup in Liverpool through relationships with the City Council and Chamber of Commerce, ultimately setting up an office in 2001 to&amp;nbsp;focus&amp;nbsp;on bidding and Client Relationship Management, to help retain and secure new business.&amp;nbsp;In 2002, Malcolm was seconded to what is now the Department for International Trade (DIT) in London as an Export Promoter, encouraging UK companies to export their goods and services on the back of major sporting events in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Hungary, Brazil and Qatar.&amp;nbsp;Malcolm became Director of Business Development, External and International Relations at MIDAS, Manchester’s Inward Investment Agency in 2006, encouraging foreign owned companies to set up business in Greater Manchester.&amp;nbsp;In 2009 Malcolm established himself as an independent Business Development Consultant, actively encouraging businesses to Obtain, Maintain and Retain profitable business through&amp;nbsp;the five pillars of Market Intelligence, Proposition Development, Lead Generation, Project Handling and Client Relationship Management.&lt;/p&gt;
