With over 25 years in the fashion import/export trade, I offer strategic insights from startup to exit and all the in between stages. . I support personal and professional development, discovering and uncovering new opportunities and insights and promoting a healthier work-life balance. My mission:i to assist you in achieving the confidence and skill to step up into your true power so you can pass on the baton to the next generation.
Having run my own business I fully understand the trials and tribulations: the how, why, what, when, where, steps one needs to progress, develop, grow, initiate, consolidate and continue to move forward for the enrichment of yourself and your chosen career.
Through the skills and difficulties I have experienced I am able to see more clearly how to assist others in achieving their own desires and amibitions by listening to their needs and asking pertinent questions to help them find the answers.

If you feel coaching is more the intervention you need I am here to help you reach a more open mind and reframe old habits which can prevent one from being in the 'now' to achieve the future.
