I am a senior marketing director, specialising in B2B (manufacturing and sustainability) and start-ups. I began my career as an FMCG graduate marketing trainee for Diageo.  Since then, I have since worked for other FTSE 100 companies and international brand development consultancies, helping transform and support organisations including: The IoD, John Lewis Partnership, Kingspan, Rittal UK, ARUP, SmithKline Beecham, and WHSmith News.
I am a trained board-level director, and hold the Institute of Directors’ prestigious Diploma in Company Direction.
I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and a former twice award-winning member of its SW Regional Board.&nbsp;
I have been a marketing tutor for the University of London’s Global MBA programme, and I have a passion for helping start-up businesses, mentoring entrepreneurs in marketing and good business practices.
I set up IMPEL Marketing &amp; Digital Ltd in 2022, and we have gone from strength to strength, with a client roster that includes international businesses in engineering, construction, sustainability, cyber security/AI, renewable energy and water, as well as healthcare clients working with elite Team GB athletes.
