Anna is an experienced mentor and Transformation Coach. Formally she was a Tony Robbins Results Coach and Business Results Trainer.
Over the last 18 years Anna has built retail and service businesses and assisted in the building of an Intellectual Property Law firm so has extensive knowledge in the area. Prior to starting her first business she was a financial advisor for HSBC.
Anna is based in Northamptonshire, and spends time regularly in London, however is open to supporting businesses across the UK.
Having ran several businesses she has experience in all areas of running a business. Anna takes a holistic approach to business, helping you establish areas of development and key actions to focus on, and her financial background assists in helping you make decisions that are financially grounded. Anna also provides support and a sounding board for executives and senior leaders to ensure they are being supported in the same way that they are supporting their team.
Anna specialises in working with Perfectionist Professionals who feel frustrated in their careers/businesses. That might be a feeling of not getting everything done and a feeling of wanting to be more efficient; it might be feeling under or over qualified for the work you are undertaking; or it might simply be that you want to feel happier and more fulfilled in your career.
Anna has and a professional mentoring qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM7), and is a member of the Association of Business Mentors.
Anna will work with you on the mindset for growth, and the strategy required to meet your goals.
Anna is a great listener and holds a safe space for you to explore so that you can gain clarity, reflect and take action to move forwards. She’ll ask you the questions needed to help you develop your role and grow your organisation.
