Running your own business can be a lonely place without someone to talk to about your aspirations for the business and the hurdles you are facing. With over 20 years board level experience I understand the challenges facing business owners on a day to day basis whether it is creating and delivering a robust plan, growing sales, controlling costs, improving margins, working capital management, employing the right people in the right places or producing the right management information.&lt;br /&gt;

Prior to becoming a Business Coach I was a Finance Director (Chartered Accountant/MBA) with broad general management experience gained in the UK and overseas (Africa &amp;amp; Asia). I have worked in the commercial, not-for-profit and education sectors. As well as my finance duties I have been an interim CEO and run IT &amp;amp; HR departments, operations along with fleet and property management.&lt;br /&gt;
