After completing a Digital Marketing Diploma along with continually learning everything there is to know about social media, ELM Social Media was established in January 2019. The main service we offer is online 1:1 coaching where tailored sessions are devised based on your social media goals. Examples include : increasing your engagement, working with influencers, learning how to be more consistent with your posts, content ideas - the possibilities are endless. I also do an audit on your social media pre-training and include any areas I feel would be beneficial for your account. In between 1:1 coaching, I am also the social media tutor with Donegal ETB - a National Government Education and Training Organisation in Ireland where I help lots of small businesses from a wide variety of industries grow their presence online. Today the 'day job' is heading up the UK chapter of The Spill Teem®, a global
Design Consultancy who work with organizations worldwide to help shift their thinking culture.

The Spill Teem® have an extensive background in service, product, communication and behavioural design and collectively carry 30+ years of human-centred Design experience, business strategy, and cultural change work.

My work also regularly involves delivering keynotes at events, speaking to teams, at leadership groups, masterminds and retreats. I also deliver lectures, seminars and provide training when required on the topic of brand, strategy, storytelling and human-centred design.
