I am a marketing professional with a passion for health, wellbeing and social enterprise.&nbsp;

Having successfully ran my own marketing agency for over ten years, as well as having worked for and with many leading companies (Vodafone Group, Kwik-Fit, ScottishTelecom, Reach), I took a decision to start Fun and Fit Bike, a social enterprise business that helps people of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing through fun learning experiences.&nbsp;

Using a newly desgined version of the 'smoothie bike', we help organisations to measurably improve the health and wellbeing of their stakeholders.

Our unique, fun experiential learning activity programmes instantly boost mood, morale and mental wellbeing as well as incentivising regular exercise, healthier eating and mindfulness as a means of improving fitness, weight, resilience and productivity.
