My name is Roni and I started RoniB''s Kitchen in my Surrey home in early 2017 after winning the best &quot;Alternative Christmas Dish&quot; at a popular TV show aired on Channel 4 in December 2016.

My working career of over 25 years has been in sales and marketing from various industries.&nbsp;

I am now doing RoniB''s Kitchen full-time since 2019.&nbsp;
Since going full time, I contributed a recipe in the 2018 cookbook entitled, ''The New Filipino Kitchen'' and have received a 1-star Great Taste Award 2019 for my Black Bean Chilli Oil and a 2-star Great Taste Award 2020 for my Kalamansi Marmalade.
