&lt;p&gt;I worked for Marks and Spencer for 17 years in various HR and L&amp;amp;D roles. For the last 16 years I have been an independent consultant&amp;nbsp;and coach, providing support and expertise in four areas:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Employee engagement – &lt;/b&gt;Using the Investors in People (IIP) Framework, I have supported over 80 organisations to increase their levels of employee engagement. Several clients have achieved Gold and Platinum IIP recognition.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Leadership/management development&lt;/b&gt; – I design&amp;nbsp;and deliver&amp;nbsp;engaging and practical&amp;nbsp;leadership and management programmes. These range from one hour breakfast meetings to year-long programmes for all levels of leaders. I have delivered these programmes in the USA, Europe and China.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Business and Personal Coaching – &lt;/b&gt;I am a passionate believer that individuals have the answers to their questions. This includes&amp;nbsp;customer service, communication, performance management, coaching and train the trainer. &lt;p&gt;I&amp;rsquo;ve been a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 20 years.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;My specialist area is women&amp;rsquo;s physical health and wellbeing,&amp;nbsp; family health, sport and exercise. I give talks and workshops to the public and in workplaces on physical and exercise and injuries, often alongside colleagues who are experts in their field.&amp;nbsp;I also speak at events, workshops and do academic post-graduate teaching for health and medical professionals. Set up the UK arm of a social enterprise called Camara Education (who provide digital literacy skills to children across Africa) and worked in mix of finance and project management roles in Betdaq / Ladbrokes, Smith &amp;amp; Williamson and KPMG - whilst qualifying as a chartered accountant.&lt;/p&gt;
