&lt;p&gt;The concept of Melted Inside originated from personal frustration of not knowing what food and drink makers are around where she lives. I am&amp;nbsp;a firm believer that we should know where our food comes from and who makes it. Provenance matters.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are a maker-friendly platform. Makers do not need to pay joining fee or&amp;nbsp;subscription fee. We only charge a small 9% sales commission plus the payment processing fee charged by the payment processing company. We provide a platform to connect customers, makers and their local communities by the beautiful and delicious creations of our makers, all of them are passionate and committed to what they make.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Founder of &lt;a href="http://www.meltedinside.com/"&gt;Melted Inside.&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;An online marketplace dedicated to artisan food and drinks, set up to bring more choices and food provenance to customers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;While I am growing the startup, I am also a management consultant.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am also founder of &lt;a href="https://candidusconsulting.com/"&gt;Candidus Consulting&lt;/a&gt;. With over 20 years of experience and&amp;nbsp;expertise in&amp;nbsp;strategy, business development, change management and M&amp;amp;A,&amp;nbsp;I advised a broad range of clients - Plc’s, PE’s, Start-Ups and Government - in Europe and Asia. As an advisor and a senior exec, I have led and delivered complex assignments which required agile application of leadership, problem solving and communication skills&amp;nbsp;across multi-levels and cultures, consistently delivering projects addressing mission-critical issues. I also mentor small businesses from time to time.&lt;br /&gt;

Outside my businss, I am a trustee of the London East branch of RSPCA. I also volunteer for the Community Impact Challenge, a global organisation that mobilise people to take practical action to address the CO2 emission challenge. I was the co-lead of the Communication team of organisation, designing and driving&amp;nbsp;communication initiatives with participants and general public. I was a business mentor of Prince's Trust.&lt;/p&gt;
